KINGS AWAKE: The Second Boy Child Conversation Conference

16 March 22 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

The Second Boy Child Conversation Conference was an impactful and inspiring event held in commemoration of the International Day of the Boy Child. Hosted at the Young Men’s Christian Association Hall in Ikoyi, the conference brought together over 250 secondary school boys to explore themes of Purpose, Identity, Influence, and Politics – all under the powerful banner of “KINGS AWAKE.”

The conference featured a diverse array of mentors and speakers who shared their invaluable experiences and insights with the young attendees. Luminaries like Leke Adeboye, Morenike Molehin, Ebuka Ede, Kore Taomu, Mohammed Ali, Tosin Martins, Oludare Akinlaja, and Seun Ajayi graced the event, captivating the audience with their stories of triumph and guidance.

Through these impactful sessions, we aimed to inspire the young men in attendance to explore their dreams and aspirations beyond the constraints of their circumstances. By providing access to such esteemed role models, the conference empowered the boys to see the vast possibilities that lie ahead, empowering them to become the next generation of leaders, innovators, and change-makers.

As the second edition of this annual event, the Boy Child Conversation Conference has solidified its position as a crucial platform for nurturing and uplifting the boy child. With its focus on holistic development and the fostering of positive mindsets, this conference stands as a testament to the unwavering commitment to supporting and uplifting the young men of our society.
