About US
In 2019, we embarked on a journey fuelled by a vision to empower young boys and adolescents to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. This vision gave birth to Debra’s Palace Initiative, a non-governmental organisation dedicated to nurturing the potential of young adults and guiding them toward a path of positivity and productivity.
Since its inception, Debra’s Palace Initiative has been committed to addressing societal challenges young men face through the ‘Boy Child Conversation’ Project. The cornerstone of our efforts has been the organisation of three impactful conferences, school tours, and creative programs each aimed at providing a platform for dialogue, learning, and inspiration.

Why It Is Important
We should be allowed to be who we really are. We must stop the obvious oppression to reach a common understanding. People need to tolerate different cultures and backgrounds!
Paul Bridges
Nationality can’t be banned! That’s why people are free to be who they are and not be punished or criticized for it! I was born in Africa and I am proud of my origin and my culture!
Jenna Henry
Love has neither color nor orientation. I strongly believe that everyone has the right to love and be loved. People are equal no matter what the color of your skin is or what gender you are.
